Circle IV
In September, finishing and installation works were intensified. Key tasks included:
- Installation of electrical and sanitary systems, as well as general and emergency lighting.
- Expansion of ventilation, heating, and low-voltage systems.
- Plastering and wall smoothing works on levels +1 to +4
- Flooring works – screeds and installation of technical floor coverings.
- Installation of substructures and infills of the ventilated and glass façade.
Challenges and difficulties
With the project entering final stages, material delivery schedules and on-time handovers were critical. High technical complexity required close coordination between trades.
Plans for the upcoming period
- Commissioning of ventilation, heating, and BMS systems.
- Installation of sanitary fittings and furniture in support areas.
- Final touches in the stage and multifunctional hall zones.
- Completion of façade and outdoor finishing works.
Summary
By the end of September, the construction of the IV Circle reached its final phase. The building is taking its final shape, with efforts focused on systems commissioning and preparing spaces for occupancy.
