- Plastering and finishing works in technical and circulation areas
- Installation of aluminum-glass façade substructures and sealing elements
- Masonry works in installation shafts and demolition works in selected areas
Challenges and difficulties
The main challenge during the quarter was coordinating multiple installation and finishing trades working simultaneously across different building levels.
Additionally, low temperatures during the winter months required proper protection of works and adjustments to the schedule of external activities, including façade works.
Plans for the upcoming period
- Continued installation of HVAC, electrical, and low-current systems
- Further finishing and screed works
- Progress of façade installation and enclosure of the building
- Initiation and development of system commissioning
- Preparation of selected areas for technical inspections
Summary
The first quarter of 2026 was marked by intensive installation, façade, and finishing works. The 4th Circle building is entering an advanced stage of construction, with clear progress toward final stages and preparation for system commissioning.
