Circle IV
In November 2025, simultaneous finishing, installation, and façade works were carried out, including:
- Installation of electrical and ICT systems on levels +2, -1, -2, and -3.
- Plastering on levels +1, +2, +3, and -3.
- Installation and commissioning of ventilation units and Promat ductwork.
- Masonry of technical shafts on underground levels.
- Screed and flooring works on level -3.
- Installation of aluminum substructures and glass façades.
- Roof safety equipment installation.
Challenges and difficulties
The main challenge was the coordination of works across several floors and disciplines (ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, and finishing) alongside façade and roof safety installations. Low temperatures at the end of the month required rescheduling some outdoor activities.
Plans for the upcoming period
- Continuation of plastering and flooring works on remaining levels.
- Further installation of technical systems (BMS, FAS, HVAC).
- Glazing of additional façade sections and flashing installation.
- Start of wall and ceiling finishing in selected rooms.
Summary
November 2025 saw intensive internal and façade works. Despite adverse weather conditions at the end of the month, construction is progressing according to schedule, and the IV Circle building is being prepared for the final finishing phase.
