Construction progress
Circle IV
In May 2026, intensive installation, façade and finishing works continued within the 4th Circle. The scope of completed works included:
- Installation of electrical, low-current and sanitary systems on multiple building levels.
- Continuation of internal and external façade assembly together with sheet-metal finishing works.
- Execution of anhydrite screeds on levels -2, -1 and +2.
- Continuation of tiling works in wet rooms.
- Installation of suspended ceilings and commencement of gypsum-board ceiling features.
- Finishing and skim-coating works on staircases.
- Commencement of parquet flooring installation on level 0.
- Commencement of installation works in the rehearsal hall.
- Continuation of structural works and site development around the first circle area.
Challenges and difficulties
The main challenge was coordinating numerous installation, façade and finishing works carried out simultaneously in multiple areas of the building. An important organizational task was also aligning the work schedule with subsequent façade construction and interior finishing stages.
Plans for the upcoming period
- Continuation of electrical, low-current and sanitary installations.
- Further tiling, painting and finishing works.
- Continuation of façade assembly and external finishing works.
- Progress of suspended ceiling installation and interior finishing works.
- Preparation of additional building zones for commissioning and technical inspections.
Summary
May was a period of intensive installation, façade and finishing works. Visible progress in façade, flooring and interior finishing activities is steadily preparing further parts of the facility for technical system commissioning and subsequent project milestones.
