Circle IV
In May 2025, construction activities focused on completing the reinforced concrete structure of the building and intensifying masonry and installation works. The following tasks were completed:
- Concreting of ceilings and stair flights at level +4; the main reinforced concrete works were completed.
- Installation of roof structure elements began, and the area was prepared for further enclosure work.
- Intensive masonry works on levels from -1 to +4, including partition, cladding, and technical walls.
- Start of installation works: electrical wiring, ventilation ducts, sanitary and fire protection systems.
- Execution of waterproofing and thermal insulation on walls and ceilings in technical and communication rooms.
- Cleanup and securing activities on the construction site and continuation of paving the pedestrian and bicycle path.
Challenges and difficulties
May featured favorable weather for structural work. However, the simultaneous execution of works by multiple trades on different levels of the building posed coordination and logistical challenges. Additionally, design adjustments for internal installations were implemented.
Plans for the upcoming period
- Continuation of roof structure works and beginning of roof covering installation.
- Completion of masonry works and progress in plastering on lower levels.
- Intensification of installation activities – installation of distribution cabinets, ducts, pipes, and cable trays.
- Start of window and door installation in selected parts of the building.
- Preparatory façade work and earthworks around the external areas.
Summary
In May 2025, the main structural phases were completed, and installation and masonry works were significantly advanced. The construction has entered the stage of building enclosure and initial finishing and façade activities. The project continues according to the planned schedule.
