Circle IV
In March 2026, intensive installation, façade, and finishing works continued within the 4th Circle. The scope of completed works included:
- Installation of electrical and low-current systems across multiple floors.
- Installation of the central heating system with radiator placement.
- Execution of anhydrite screeds on levels +2, +2.5 and +3.
- Plastering and finishing works in technical areas.
- Façade assembly and sealing of façade joints.
- Continuation of demolition works in selected areas.
Challenges and difficulties
The main challenge was coordinating multiple installation and finishing trades across several building levels while maintaining façade works continuity.
Plans for the upcoming period
- Continuation of HVAC, electrical and low-current installations.
- Further screed and finishing works.
- Progress of façade works.
- Preparation for system commissioning.
