Construction progress
Circle IV
In June 2025, the project focused on closing the building shell, continuing finishing and installation works, and progressing with external works. The following tasks were completed:
- Completion of the roof structure and commencement of roof covering installation with sheet metalwork.
- Installation of windows and doors on technical and utility levels.
- Continuation of masonry and plastering works on levels -1 to +4, including partition walls, cladding, and surface finishing.
- Intensive installation works: installation of cable trays, electrical switchboards, water and sewage, ventilation, and fire protection systems.
- Execution of insulation and floor layers in technical rooms.
- External works – construction of pedestrian and bicycle paths, installation of site lighting, and preparation of green areas.
Challenges and difficulties
June was characterized by stable weather conducive to accelerating outdoor works. The main challenge was coordinating multiple simultaneous tasks performed by different contractor teams and adapting the schedule to the delivery of key structural and installation elements.
Plans for the upcoming period
- Completion of roof covering and sheet metalwork.
- Continuation of glass façade and ventilated cladding installation.
- Start of painting works and installation of wall claddings on lower levels.
- Installation of major technical devices: air handling units, chillers, and heat pumps.
- Site development works – planting greenery, installing small architectural elements.
Summary
In June 2025, construction on the IV Circle of Opera Nova entered the finishing and installation phase. The building shell was fully enclosed, allowing further interior finishing, façade, and external works. The project continues on schedule.
