Construction progress
Circle IV
During June 2026, intensive finishing, installation and façade works continued within the 4th Circle. The main completed activities included:
- Continued installation of electrical, low-current and sanitary systems.
- Installation of wall substructures and wall cladding in the Cinema Hall.
- Commencement of acoustic wall cladding installation in the Cinema Hall.
- Plaster finishing and painting works on Levels +2 and 0.
- Installation of parquet subfloor systems and commencement of finishing floor works.
- Installation of aluminium façade components and façade finishing elements.
- Continued installation of glazed structures and lift shaft glazing systems.
- Commencement of quartz sintered slab installation in the Level -2 lobby.
Challenges and difficulties
The main challenge during the reporting period was coordinating numerous finishing, installation and façade activities carried out simultaneously across multiple building areas. Maintaining continuity of façade installation while preparing additional rooms for finishing works also required careful planning.
Plans for the upcoming period
- Continue installation of technical building systems.
- Continue installation of acoustic wall cladding and wall assemblies.
- Further painting and interior finishing works.
- Continue flooring works and suspended ceiling installation.
- Continue façade works and prepare additional areas for system commissioning.
Summary
June was marked by intensive finishing and installation works. Significant progress was achieved in interior finishing, façade installation and preparing the building for subsequent stages of fit-out and technical commissioning.
