Circle IV
In July 2026, intensive finishing, installation and façade works continued within the 4th Circle. The main works carried out during the reporting period included:
- Installation of electrical, low-current and sanitary systems on successive floors of the building.
- Continued installation of substructures, acoustic cladding and the Baffle Wall system in the Cinema Hall.
- Installation of suspended ceilings, ceiling enclosures and ceiling features.
- Skim-coating and painting works on Levels 0 and +2.
- Continued installation of sintered quartz slabs and tiles on Levels -2 and 0.
- Finishing works in wet rooms, including the installation and grouting of wall and floor tiles.
- Installation of substructures for lift shaft glazing and balustrades.
- Continued external façade finishing works and waterproofing works in selected external areas.
Challenges and difficulties
A key organisational challenge remained the coordination of multiple trades working simultaneously, particularly in areas where technical installations, wall and floor finishes, suspended ceilings and other finishing elements were being installed at the same time.
Plans for the upcoming period
- Continued installation of electrical, low-current and sanitary systems.
- Further installation of acoustic cladding and Baffle Wall components in the Cinema Hall.
- Continued suspended ceiling and plasterboard works.
- Further installation of wall and floor finishes, including sintered quartz slabs, on successive levels.
- Continued installation of glazing elements, balustrades and façade finishes.
- Preparation of additional rooms for the final stages of finishing and installation works.
Summary
July was a month of intensive finishing and installation works. Particularly visible progress was made in the Cinema Hall, where acoustic systems and wall substructures were installed, as well as in circulation and sanitary areas, where flooring, wall finishes and suspended ceilings were completed. Further areas of the 4th Circle are gradually taking on their final appearance.
