Circle IV
In July 2025, advanced finishing and installation works were continued throughout the building, along with façade installation and site development. The following tasks were completed:
- Completion of the roof covering installation, including flashing and sealing.
- Installation of the glass façade and beginning of ventilated façade works on parts of the building.
- Interior wall plastering and substrate preparation for flooring on all levels.
- Ongoing installation of cable trays, sanitary, electrical, ventilation, and fire protection systems.
- Installation of technical equipment – air handling units, chillers, and distribution systems.
- Continued site development – substructure for sidewalks and planting of greenery.
Challenges and difficulties
Despite favorable weather conditions, coordinating multiple trades working simultaneously in different building areas remained a challenge. Particular attention was paid to the quality control of finishing works and the synchronization of specialized material deliveries.
Plans for the upcoming period
- Completion of ventilated and glass façade installation.
- Progress in interior finishing – painting, tiling, and suspended ceiling installation.
- Installation of interior lighting, BMS systems, and continued mechanical and electrical works.
- Start of technological trials and system testing.
- Finalization of hardened surfaces and installation of small architecture elements.
Summary
July 2025 was marked by intensive finishing and installation works, as well as rapid progress in façade and external works. The project entered a phase where precision and quality of execution are critical. The investment remains on schedule.
