Circle IV
In January 2026, intensive installation, façade, and finishing works continued within the 4th Circle. The scope of completed works included:
- Dismantling of the foyer roof substructure.
- Ongoing plastering works in staircases F and G.
- Masonry works within installation shafts.
- Installation of electrical and low-current systems on levels -3, -2, -1, 0, +1, and +2.
- Installation of water, sewage, and central heating systems.
- Installation of ventilation ducts and ventilation automation components.
- Commencement and continuation of horizontal installation runs on level 0.
- Installation of aluminum façade substructure and finishing elements.
Challenges and difficulties
January was marked by low temperatures (locally below -5°C), requiring protection of installation works and adjustments to the schedule of external activities. Additional challenges included coordinating finishing works with intensive technical installations.
Plans for the upcoming period
- Continued installation of electrical, low-current, and sanitary systems.
- Further plastering and finishing works in staircases and technical rooms.
- Continued façade installation and aluminum detailing.
- Ongoing ventilation system works and preparation for system commissioning.
Summary
