Circle IV
In February 2026, intensive installation, façade, and finishing works continued within the 4th Circle. The scope of completed works included:
- Continuation of plastering works on level -1 and in technical rooms.
- Masonry works within installation shafts.
- Installation of electrical and low‑current systems on several building levels.
- Installation of the central heating system with floor ducts and junction boxes.
- Installation of sanitary systems across technical and functional areas.
- Installation of façade substructures, finishing elements and glazing.
Challenges and difficulties
The main challenge was coordinating multiple installation trades working simultaneously on several floors of the building. Low temperatures at the beginning of the month also required additional protection of works and adjustments to the schedule of exterior activities.
Plans for the upcoming period
- Continuation of electrical, sanitary and low‑current installations.
- Further masonry and finishing works in installation shafts.
- Progress of façade assembly.
- Continuation of central heating installations.
Summary
February 2026 was a period of intensive installation and finishing works. The project is gradually preparing successive areas of the building for the next stages of installation and finishing.
