Circle IV
In December 2025, intensive installation and finishing works were continued. Key completed tasks include:
- Installation of electrical and teletechnical systems on levels -3, -2, -1, 0, +1, and +2.
- Ongoing installation of ventilation ducts and air conditioning systems.
- Plastering and painting of staircases F and G and backstage rooms.
- Cement flooring works on levels from -3 to +2.
- Installation and glazing of aluminum façade components.
- Dismantling of the temporary roof structure over the foyer.
- Continued work in technical and stage areas.
Challenges and difficulties
Low temperatures in the final weeks of the year and the need for concurrent execution of multiple tasks required precise scheduling and thermal protections.
Plans for the upcoming period
- Finalizing the installation of HVAC and SSP systems.
- Installing BMS equipment and stage infrastructure.
- Continuing plastering, finishing, and flooring works.
- Starting up and testing installation systems.
Summary
December marked the conclusion of a year of intense progress. The 4th Circle is now taking its final technical and spatial shape, preparing for inspections and system trials
