Circle IV
In August 2026, intensive finishing, installation and façade works continued within the 4th Circle. The main works carried out during the reporting period included:
- Installation of electrical, low-current and sanitary systems on successive floors of the building.
- Continued works in the Cinema Hall, including the installation of substructures and acoustic cladding, Baffle Wall elements and ceiling rails.
- Installation of substructures for acoustic cladding and commencement of technological equipment installation in the Rehearsal Hall.
- Installation and finishing of suspended ceilings, plasterboard structures, skim coats and joint finishing in wet rooms and circulation areas.
- Continued installation of sintered quartz slabs and tiles on successive building levels.
- Installation of balustrade elements, steel staircase structures and the steel structure of the connecting link.
- Continued works on the aluminium-and-glass façade, including the installation of finishing elements.
- Works on the flat roof, including insulation and preparation of sloped roof layers.
Challenges and difficulties
A key organisational challenge remained the coordination of multiple trades working simultaneously on different floors of the building. Particular coordination was required between installation works and the installation of suspended ceilings, plasterboard structures, acoustic cladding and finishing elements.
Plans for the upcoming period
- Continued installation of electrical, low-current and sanitary systems.
- Further works on acoustic systems and technological elements in the Cinema Hall and Rehearsal Hall.
- Continued installation of suspended ceilings and plasterboard structures, as well as skim-coating and finishing works.
- Further installation of sintered quartz slabs and other finishes on successive levels.
- Continued works on the façade, balustrades and steel structures.
- Continued flat-roof works and works on the connecting link.
Summary
August was a month of intensive installation and finishing works. A significant scope of works was carried out in the Cinema Hall and Rehearsal Hall, where the installation of acoustic and technological elements continued. At the same time, progress was made on flooring and wall finishes, suspended ceilings, the façade, steel structures and flat-roof works. Further areas of the 4th Circle are gradually taking on their final appearance.
