Construction progress
Circle IV
In August 2025, construction works focused on intensifying interior finishing, continuing façade installations, and progressing with technical systems. The following tasks were completed:
- Completion of the ventilated façade and major portions of the glass curtain wall.
- Ongoing interior wall plastering, sanding, suspended ceiling installation, and wall claddings.
- Cable routing and lighting fixture installation in technical and communication areas.
- Installation of ventilation, heating, and cooling system components.
- Execution of BMS and fire safety system installations.
- External surface finishing and paving, along with landscaping works around the building.
Challenges and difficulties
The greatest challenge was coordinating simultaneous finishing and technical installations across multiple floors. This required flexible scheduling and continuous site supervision.
Plans for the upcoming period
- Completion of external joinery and remaining façade elements.
- Progress in technical equipment installation: chillers, air handling units, distribution panels.
- Continued painting, flooring, and installation of interior equipment and furnishings.
- Finalization of paving works and start of permanent landscaping arrangements.
Summary
By the end of August 2025, the construction entered the advanced finishing and systems installation phase. The pace of work remains high, and the facility is steadily approaching the stage of technical commissioning and final preparations.
