Construction progress
Circle IV
In April 2026, intensive installation, façade, and finishing works continued within the 4th Circle. The scope of completed works included:
- Installation of electrical and low-current systems on multiple building levels.
- Continuation of suspended ceiling assembly and ceiling substructure installation.
- Execution of anhydrite screeds and preparatory flooring works.
- Installation of thermal and acoustic insulation in selected technical areas.
- Tiling works in wet rooms together with waterproof insulation installation.
- Installation of aluminum façade elements and façade finishing works.
- Continuation of plastering and finishing works in technical and circulation areas.
- Installation of structured cabling and sanitary systems.
Challenges and difficulties
The main challenge was coordinating simultaneous installation, finishing, and façade works carried out across multiple floors of the building. Additionally, work schedules had to be adapted to the sequencing of finishing works and façade assembly.
Plans for the upcoming period
- Continuation of HVAC, electrical, and low-current installations.
- Further flooring and finishing works.
- Progress of façade works and installation of additional façade elements.
- Development of tiling works and suspended ceiling assembly.
- Preparation of additional building zones for system commissioning.
Summary
April was a period of intensive installation and finishing works. The 4th Circle building is steadily approaching the final stages of construction and preparation for technical system commissioning.
