Circle IV
In April 2025, work continued mainly on reinforced concrete structures and preparations for installations and masonry. The completed activities included:
- Formwork, reinforcement, and concreting of ceilings above level +3, including the administrative area and multifunctional hall.
- Commencement and continuation of reinforced concrete works at level +4, including walls, columns, and tie beams.
- Masonry work carried out on levels -1, +1, +2, and +3, including partition and cladding walls.
- Installation of subfloor drainage systems and installation elements.
- Execution of waterproofing and thermal insulation on selected building segments.
- Site development work around the building, including continuation of the pedestrian and bicycle path.
Challenges and difficulties
In April, works were carried out under variable weather conditions, including periodic precipitation and temperature drops, especially in the first ten days of the month. Nevertheless, thanks to proper work organization and subcontractor coordination, most scheduled tasks were completed on time.
Plans for the upcoming period
- Continuation of reinforced concrete works at level +4 and commencement of roof structure works.
- Further masonry work on all building levels.
- Start of intensive installation works – ventilation, sanitary, and electrical systems.
- Execution of substructures and pavements around the building and drainage works.
Summary
In April 2025, major structural works continued and masonry and installation activities intensified. Despite difficulties caused by weather conditions, the project is progressing as planned, and the building has reached a stage that allows for the transition to finishing and infrastructure works.
