Construction progress
Circle IV
- Continued assembly of steel structures on level +2.5, including the assembly of guy wires and support elements.
- Leveling of the fan room walls in preparation for further stages of work.
- Works related to the construction of the ceiling on level +3, including formwork and concreting.
- Construction of a section of the pedestrian and bicycle path and preparation of the substrate for the next sections.
- Works related to the preparation for internal technical installations, including connections and installation ducts.
- Construction of reinforced concrete elements of the structure, including foundations and load-bearing walls.
- Masonry works on levels -1 and +1, preparing the facility for further finishing stages.
Challenges and difficulties
Despite changing weather conditions and periodic temperature drops, construction work is progressing on schedule. Stable weather periods have allowed for the continuation of external and structural work. Key challenges included:
- Adjusting the schedule to weather conditions and availability of building materials.
- Need to coordinate work related to the assembly of steel and reinforced concrete structures.
Plans for the upcoming period
- Continuation of work on the pedestrian and bicycle path and development of the area around the building.
- Further work related to the construction of the reinforced concrete structure on level +3.
- Start of preparations for the installation of internal installations in selected sections of the building.
- Carrying out further masonry and finishing works on technical levels.
Summary
Despite more difficult weather conditions, we managed to maintain the planned pace of implementation. In the coming weeks, special emphasis will be placed on further construction work and preparations for installation.
