Circle IV
In March 2025, work on the construction of the IV Circle of Opera Nova focused on the continuation of structural works and preparations for the next finishing stages. The main completed tasks included:
- Concreting of ceilings at level +3 and preparation of formwork and reinforcement for further sections.
- Commencement and execution of masonry work at levels -1, +1, and +2.
- Leveling and preparing walls for plastering and installation work.
- Installation of prefabricated and structural elements related to the building’s load-bearing system.
- Work on communication routes and laying of the substructure for future external infrastructure.
- Implementation of work on technical and system elements, including planning of installation routes.
Challenges and difficulties
During the execution of construction work, challenges were encountered due to unfavorable weather conditions—particularly low temperatures in the first half of the month and occasional precipitation. Nevertheless, work was carried out according to schedule, thanks to ongoing plan adjustments and the securing of critical work areas.
Plans for the upcoming period
- Completion of reinforced concrete work at level +3 and commencement of roof-level structural work.
- Continuation of masonry work at all building levels.
- Commencement of installation work, including distribution of sanitary, electrical, and ventilation systems.
- Preparatory work for the start of facade installation and further site development.
Summary
In March 2025, construction work proceeded according to the planned schedule despite weather-related challenges. Structural progress reached a significant milestone with the closure of level +3, enabling a smooth transition to subsequent construction, installation, and finishing stages.
